NEW Ground up construction in Greenwich Connecticut

SANDS POINT NEW CONSTRUCTION

This very cool project in Sands Point began with a purchase of a dated 1970’s mid century modern home on a massive waterfront lot. After extensive demolition and architectural refinement, we are starting to see the fruits of our labor. With no expenses spared, this home is being designed with thoughtfulness to its secluded surroundings. When completed, it will truly exude a zen frame of mind.
